• All framed and unframed prints larger than 20"x24" (standard) or 10"x30" (panoramic) are signed by the photographer at no additional cost
• 7% NJ State sales tax is applied to orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
• There is a $399 minimum for international orders, not including shipping charges.
• Framing is available for USA orders only

Ordering Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints can be ordered through our online store or by telephone. Please make sure to note the title or Photo ID of the photo(s) you would like to order.

Volume Fine Art Print Orders

Customers wishing to place volume orders should contact us to discuss pricing. Discounts are generally applied to volume print orders and are calculated according to the number and size of the prints ordered and the total dollar value of the order.

Fine Art Digital C-Prints

Digital C-prints (also known as chromogenic prints) are true photographic prints made by exposing photographic paper to light in a digital photo printer. All of our photographs are printed on a LightJet printer using Kodak Endura professional photo paper. Kodak Endura photo paper is renowned for its tonality, color saturation, and image permanency. Kodak Endura digital c-prints are rated fade-resistant for up to 60 years when displayed under proper lighting conditions. Fine Art Print Sizes

Our fine art prints are offered in five standard sizes: 11"x14", 16"x20", 20"x24", 24"x30", and 30"x40". Our panoramic prints are offered in four sizes are 8"x24", 10"x30", 14"x40", and 17"x50". Custom print sizes and larger print sizes are also available by contacting us. Please keep in mind the following when ordering prints:

• In order to preserve the maximum image area and composition we do not crop our images. This means that most images will have assymetrical borders when printed.
• Borders are generally 1/2" wide along the top and bottom for vertical images and 1/2" wide along the left/right hand side for horizontal images. For example, a vertical 20"x24" photo will be printed with an image 23"high and a 1/2" border along the top and bottom edges of the paper. The left/ right hand borders would vary according to the image. A horizontal photo will have an image 23" wide and a 1/2" border along the left/right hand sides of the paper. The top/bottom border of the horizontal image would vary depending on the image.

Fine Art Print Finishes

Our photographs are printed on lustre paper by default. Glossy and matte finish are also available by request at no additional charge. If you would like your photo printed on glossy or matte paper please be sure to make your request when you order.

Fine Art Print Signing

Prints are generally signed in the lower right border space underneath the image. All framed and unframed prints larger than 20"x24" (standard) or 10"x30" (panoramic) are signed by the photographer at no additional charge. Smaller sized prints may be signed by the photographer for an additional fee of $200. Please be sure to select "signed print" with smaller print sizes when placing orders through our online store.

Color to black and white photo conversion

Each color photo found on our website can be converted to black and white upon request. For more information please see our color to black and white photo conversion page.

Fine Art Print Matting & Framing

Our prints are professionally matted and framed by our NYC based framing service, which uses only archival quality framing materials. For the convenience of our customers we have standardized the framing options available online. Our standard framing is wood with a matte black finish and scratch-resistant plexiglas. Plexiglas is used in place of glass to avoid breakage during shipping. Glass can be substituted for orders delivered via courier in the NYC metro area or for customer pick-up orders. All framed prints include a white beveled 4-ply acid-free mat. Please note that framing is available for USA orders only.

Our standard matte black wood framing works well with both color and black and white photos and will blend with any decor. Smaller black frame is used for standard print sizes up to 20"x24" and for all panoramic photos. Larger black frame is used for standard print sizes over 20"x24".

Our Mahogany Veneer framing gives color photographs added warmth and texture. (Also available in Walnut Veneer.)	Our sleek Brushed Silver framing with black edges makes a strong impression and marries well with black and white photographs.
Please note: Mahogany/Walnut Veneer and Brushed Silver frames are available upon request only A 15% custom framing charge applies to photos framed in Mahogany/Walnut Veneer or Brushed Silver.

• Unframed print orders take up to three business days to process. Shipping time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected at time of purchase.
• Framed print orders take 4-7 business days to process depending on how many orders our framers are processing.
  Please contact us for a current estimate on framing turnaround time. Please note: shipping charges are applied to customer pick-up orders. These shipping charges cover our cost to ship the print to our framing service.

• Licensed images are made available for download within 24 hours of payment clearance.

Rush service:

We make every effort to accommodate rush orders. In certain instances, however, a 50% rush fee will apply. Please contact us in advance if you have a rush request.

Shipping:

We currently offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day service for U.S. orders and UPS Worldwide Express for international orders. Customers may also provide us with their UPS or FedEx account number at time of order and we can bill shipping charges to your account. There is a fee of $7.50 for drop shipments using customer FedEx accounts. Our prints are sealed in plastic and shipped in sturdy flat cardboard boxes, which ensure that the print is not damaged in any way in transit. Larger sized prints are sealed in plastic and shipped rolled in tubes.

Please note: International shipping charges quoted in our online store are approximated. We will bill any difference between the approximated shipping charges and actual shipping charges upon shipment. Customers outside the United States may contact us in advance for a quote of actual shipping charges.

Returns:

Our photos are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Occasionally, however, damage may occur in transit. It is our policy to replace prints, framing or matting that is damaged in transit. Replacement prints are shipped only after the return and inspection of the original damaged merchandise. We do not accept returns of prints for any other reason.

Scanning or copying our photo prints in any way is considered infringement of the photographer's copyright and a violation of federal copyright law.
