Negative Image Photography

Award-winning negative-image photography series by fine art photographer Andrew Prokos. Andrew’s conceptual black and white and color negative images depict the scene as they appear on negative film.  The color negative process presents the image with its complimentary colors, which often adds a surreal sensibility to the photos.

Andrew’s award-winning conceptual photography series ‘Inverted’ utilizes negative imagery in both black and white and color complimentary forms.  The photos have been awarded at major photography competitions and published internationally. They are available as large-scale limited edition prints up to 120 inches in size.

Negative Image Photographs

Andrew’s negative image photographs are renowned for their clarity, tonality, and detail. We use archival printing and framing materials to ensure that the prints you purchase will stand the test of time. Each large-scale negative image print is mounted on a rigid dibond substrate and face-mounted with 3/16″ ultra-clear acrylic. This method of mounting ensures that your framed abstract print will stay rigid over time. The clear face-mounted acrylic accentuates the detail and sharpness inherent in each of the large-scale images Andrew captures, while also protecting your print from the elements.
